How To Place An OrderPlacing An Order By PhoneCall our Freephone number 0800 321 7020 and our friendly and efficient staff will take your order. Remember to have your order details and credit / debit card information with you. Placing An Order OnlineSelect the product category that you require from the menu on the left hand side of the page, by season, variety, occasion, colour or style. A full list of all the products in that category is displayed on the page. 4 products are automatically displayed, but this can be changed to 8, 16, or 32 products to a page by clicking on the drop down menu at the top right hand of the page. A small picture and a description of each item are displayed on the page; to find out more about the product click on the picture, the title or more. You will then be presented with a detailed description of the product with a large picture. The pictures within this view can also be enlarged to view the product in more detail - to do this, simply click on the image once. To get rid of the pop-up image, click Hide Image in the top right hand corner. Most products can be bought in a variety of sizes – to select a size, click on the drop down arrow underneath the heading Prices. If you would like to select an item for purchase, simply press the Add to Basket button. To select more than 1, type the quantity in the quantity box to the left of Add to Basket or use the + and – keys. Now press Add to Basket. A summary of your order will then be displayed. To continue shopping for other items, simply click the Continue Shopping button and browse the rest of the web site, following the instructions above for adding more to your basket. Your shopping basket can always be accessed from the right hand side of the page in the box headed Your Flower Shopping Basket. To checkout, you need to access your shopping basket and then press Continue. You will then be asked to fill in the details of the person who is to receive the order. Please ensure that you have a full address for the recipient. Now click on Your details. If there is anything missing from your order at this stage, you will be prompted before you can continue with placing the order. Now enter your own details, remembering to tick that you have read our terms and conditions, whether or not you wish to hear about future special offers and whether you want your details to be remembered for the next visit. When all details are entered, press Continue. The order details will be displayed on the next page. Check through this summary and press Pay to proceed to the secure payment area. If there are any errors, or you have forgotten an item at this stage, press Change Details. At the secure payment area, enter your payment details and press Complete Order.
